I am not a doctor and I am not condoning doing any kind of plastic surgery. I don’t think anybody *needs* it and that everybody should do whatever makes them happy unless no harm is done to others. I am purely writing about my amazing experience and it was my choice to undergo this procedure.
Why I did it?
Now that we have that out of the way, I wanted to talk about the story behind my decision. I am not an insecure person at all after getting a bit older but I am a really curious person who likes to change things up. I always found cosmetic surgeries interesting and I think it is such an amazing way of changing something on yourself(long term or not). My nose is one of my problem areas and I was always a tiny bit insecure about my profile. I liked my nose how it looked from the front but I didn’t like my side profile because of the bump I had. So I researched a ton and found the most amazing team to make my wish come true.
What is it?
A non-surgical nose job is basically visually changing the appearance of your nose by adding filler into the problem areas. It lasts up to a year depending on your metabolism (it is different for everyone because nobody has the same type of body).
It is really important to find a doctor you trust and you like their style of doing these procedures. I personally LOVE the aesthetic the doctor from Donna Estetic Room has, from nose to lips to other dermal fillers… I am absolutely in love with everything they do.
My journey started by booking my appointment at the time the whole team came to Croatia. My mamma came with me for support. I came to an amazingly clean and nice place where we were offered drinks while we wait for my appointment. I was amazed by the happy faces coming out of the doctor’s office and I just couldn’t wait to get my new nose. While I was waiting for a nurse came to me to put numbing cream on the bridge of my nose and over my upper lip. After 20 minutes my nose was numb and I went in. The doctor was super kind, listened carefully to my concerns and asked me to lay down to take a closer look at my nose and finally do the procedure. It was a really quick procedure but he still asked me every few seconds if I was comfortable and if it hurt. The kind nurse was standing next to me and halfway through the procedure, she told me how my nose was already looking really nice. When it was done I was satisfied with the look. As you see in the pictures, it was a lot straighter but it still had a natural look and that was exactly what I wanted for my first time.
The doctor then gave me a piece of paper with instructions for the aftercare but he still explained me everything which I think is really helpful and professional.
The next 2 days my nose had a tiny bit of bruising above my original bump and the tip of my nose was sore and it was a little swollen.
A week later
My nose has gotten to its final form and I am even more pleased with the look of it then when I first got it done. I totally got used to it and I love it!
Did it hurt?– It didn’t hurt until he stuck the needle in the bottom of my septum… that hurt like hell for a second but then I didn’t feel anything again.
What did I ask for?– I asked to straighten my profile a bit and to lift the tip of my nose so it looks balanced. I wanted it to look natural for the first time, but I will be back for a touch up in a few months and get it a 100% straight.
How long does it last?– On average, it lasts between 8-12 months but that purely depends on your metabolism.
How much ml did I get?– In total, I got 1 ml of filler.
What kind of filler did he use on me?– The doctor used 1ml of Stylage filler.
Would I and to whom would I recommend this procedure?– I would recommend this a 100% to everyone who is not ready to undergo a real rhinoplasty, or in my case, someone who wants to try a few looks before going all-in and getting a real nose job.
Would I do it again?– I *will* get it again in a few months and probably a few times more because it is easy and accessible.
Aftercare?– Depending on your doctor, the aftercare instructions could be different. My doctor recommended me massaging my nose from the tip of the nose up to the sides of my bridge, icing it the first few days, not wearing glasses for the first week or more and just being careful with my new nose at first. The instructions on the paper he gave me had additional steps that were meant for nose fillers as well as lip and face fillers.
I am satisfied with the result and I will be back for some more things soon. With Donna Estetic Room, getting anything done is like a dream.
With this, I would like to thank Donna Estetic Room for their professional approach, their kindness and making me feel comfortable and of course making me happy with my wish. I would absolutely recommend Donna’s team to everybody and I have to tell you that I never felt this safe at any doctors office before. Every question you have, you can ask before even booking the appointment, during and after the appointment and they will gladly respond to it. They are transparent with everything they do and they are super clean. Donna Estetic Room is located in Belgrade, Serbia but since they are *that good* they are asked to come to different locations (Croatia, Slovenia, Austria, Germany..) and if you are interested after reading this post for anything, feel free to tell them you came after reading my post.
Until next time xx
