Ciao! Todays blog post perfectly fits this current state we are in. Since the COVID-19 has been around, everybody has been talking about washing your hands, like that’s something we never did before it came🙄.But I am here to talk about ways to boost your immune system all yearround and not just while the pandemic is happening.  These are things I started doing daily and I haven’t been sick in a long time. You have to be consistent with these things and try to incorporate as many as possible in your daily life (I promise it’s not hard or time-consuming).
